Stephen Parkinson 
Steve specializes in loss recovery efforts involving property contamination, cleanup and cost recovery actions under state and federal superfund law, natural resource damages claims, and stormwater and wetlands issues. Steve also has significant experience handling commercial and real estate disputes. Steve is a former Chairman of the American Bar Association Committee on Superfund and Natural Resource Damages Litigation. He is also a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of General Contractors of Washington. Steve has been named to the “League of Justice” by Washington CEO Magazine as one of “Washington’s Most Amazing Attorneys,” has regularly been selected as a “Super Lawyer”, and is listed in “The Best Lawyers in America” under “Environmental Law.” Steve was a founding partner of Joyce Ziker Parkinson, PLLC and previously practiced with other law firms, including Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Perkins Coie.He clerked for the Honorable Thomas S. Zilly, United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. He was an oralist in the Ames Moot Court Finals at Harvard Law School, and graduated cum laude. |
