Saul Cohen Saul Cohen specializes in complex commercial litigation. His experience includes representing clients in business disputes, False Claims Act matters, and civil and criminal antitrust cases. He has also represented clients pro bono in habeas corpus and federal civil rights litigation. Mr. Cohen has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, and has drafted briefs in federal district courts and in state and federal courts of appeal. Before joining the firm, Mr. Cohen was a litigation associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gregg Costa of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He attended the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the University of Chicago Law Review and the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic. |
