Quinton Bowman 
Quinton Bowman is the Chief Operating Officer for WMC overseeing Finance, Human Resources and other WMC support functions. Quinton Bowman has over 25 years of senior management experience. He has led all facets of HR including corporate strategy and development, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. As head of Human Resources at a major media company, he led the enhancement of the HR function increasing department credibility and performance. Quinton has been a strategic business partner to senior management, significantly contributing to critical business decisions and advising on company strategy, organization and important employee issues. Quinton also served as in-house Associate General Counsel for the same media company. In that role, he managed litigation and sensitive employee relations matters. Quinton was an active duty military lawyer in the U.S. Army with assignments at various military installations. His positions included administrative law attorney, criminal defense counsel, chief prosecutor, law professor, chief deputy legal officer, and chief administrative tort claims branch lawyer. In the Army, he attained the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. |
