Nick Marsh represents insurance policyholders in disaster recovery litigation. Nick is driven by helping his clients rebuild their homes and businesses following natural disasters. Prior to joining Weisbrod Matteis & Copley, Nick worked at a large plaintiffs’ firm in Baltimore where his practice included mass torts, administrative appeals and contract disputes. Outside of work, Nick has volunteered on several political campaigns in Maryland and Virginia. During law school, Nick served as a student attorney in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, where he represented clients in state and federal tax cases. Nick credits his Clinic experience with spurring his interest in helping people in vulnerable situations.
