 Stephanie Berger

Before joining WMC as an Associate Attorney in the Washington, D.C. office, Stephanie Berger was a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section. As a Trial Attorney, Stephanie investigated and litigated matters under the Americans with Disabilities Act involving discrimination by employers, healthcare providers, and state government entities, among others. Stephanie also previously worked as an Attorney Advisor in the Disability Rights Section, providing legal advice and interpretations and coordinating with other federal agencies to ensure the consistent implementation and enforcement of disability law.

Prior to her time at the Department of Justice, Stephanie worked at two different firms in D.C. on complex class actions, including False Claims Act, fraud, and antitrust cases. Before law school, she worked in nonprofit communications.
