 Stephanie Berger

Stephanie Berger is an Associate Attorney in WMC’s Washington, D.C. office. She handles complex commercial litigation, including cases involving fraud, theft of trade secrets, supply chain disputes, and insurance coverage claims (representing policyholders). Before joining WMC, Stephanie served as a Trial Attorney for the United States Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section, litigating matters involving discrimination by employers, healthcare providers, and state government entities, among others. Stephanie previously worked at Washington, D.C. law firms on False Claims Act cases and fraud and antitrust class actions. Before law school, she worked in nonprofit communications.
