Sophia Golvach is an associate focusing on complex civil and commercial litigation, including in claims brought under the False Claims Act and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Her work also focuses on insurance coverage and breach-of-contract claims. She has drafted briefs in federal district court, state court, and immigration court.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Golvach was a litigation associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where she specialized in white collar defense. She served as a law clerk for the Honorable W. Eugene Davis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit as well for the Honorable Kathleen Cardone of the Western District of Texas.
She attended the University of Texas School of Law, where she graduated with honors and served as an Executive Editor of the Texas International Law Journal. Ms. Golvach is admitted to practice in the State of Texas and the District of Columbia.
